Sometimes, that means the lowest rates and costs, and other times it means finding a lender that can close super fast to save a deal. Do I have to talk to different lenders myself?
Nope! We handle the entire process for you. We will walk you through the application and go over all your goals. We then find the best lender for your needs. We work directly with that lender on your behalf. We are your personal concierge to get you all the way to the closing table.
Will I make payments to F5 Mortgage?
No. Since we are a broker, we do not service loans. The lender your loan closes with will usually be the server you make payments to. We are always here to help post-closing if you have any questions or need to be pointed to the correct contact.
